Josh and his team did a wonderful job on our deck! We replaced an existing deck with a composite deck, but it was more complicated than that as they had to tie it in with a surrounding fence. They also had to replace all of the footings and sub-structure, so it was a complete rebuild. The deck they built may last longer than our house! And it looks great too! Josh’s crew, led by Mace, was friendly and professional. I would recommend JCustom Deck to anyone wanting a quality deck built at an affordable price!

I have enjoyed watching Josh and his crew working on beautifying my house on two separate projects over the past two years. He completed a redecking of my pool that included a completely new steel understructure, Trex deck and a new wire-cable railing system that allows me to see clearly in all directions from the pool. Most recently they undertook replacement of front and back porches with the same Trex material used on the pool project. During the job he discovered that 6 5x5 redwood posts supporting the roof at the front of the house, and 9 4x4 redwood posts supporting the roof at the rear deck all showed varying stages of rot. We decided to replace all of the posts with powder-coated steel. His crew worked very hard, but made it appear to be an ordinary thing to get the posts changed out with no damage!I am delighted with the final results and gladly recommend them to anyone looking for eye-pleasing results that meet or exceed your expectations. Not only do they produce an outstanding result, but when they leave your home project is clean, clear of debris, and ready to be seen.Pictures 1 & 2 are before the upgrade work. Pictures 3 - 6 are day and night pictures after completion.
